4. Shipping and Returns

• We currently ship across Canada.

• Delivery timelines and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice.

• Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer; we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

 

Returns Policy:

• Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products only, within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original packaging and in new, resalable condition.

• Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements cannot be returned.

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact help@mypassion.ca within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once the return is approved and processed.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

5. Intellectual Property
